Children's Ministries

Whether through Sunday morning gatherings or camps and special activities, our goal is to help children learn about God in a safe environment. We also work to support parents as they have daily opportunities to teach their children about God. Below is information about our children's ministry. Also be sure to check out our Parent Resources and download the Bible App for Kids which includes access to free companion video resources for parents.

Children’s Updates

Staff Position - Interim Director of Children’s Ministries, Marilyn Moore, plans to return to retirement in the near future. Here is a position description of the open position. Interested individuals are invited to send resumes to Chris or Chuck.

Parent Resources - Don’t miss this month’s videos. Our video for preschool parents talks about the importance of taking time for yourself. Our video for elementary helps parents set family rules for sleepover.

Mom’s Morning Out - The first Saturday of each month, young moms are invited for a relaxing morning of conversation and coffee at Panera (located at 1765 Kirby, Champaign). To RSVP email Marilyn Moore. (Due to space limitations, this is a moms only event.)

Check-In - Parents will check-in children ages 3-5th grade in the north hallway via electronic check-in. Children will receive a numeric name/security tag while parents will take a matching tag for picking up their child at the end of a session. Also, don’t miss the fresh paint in the hallways!
