Maundy Thursday - April 18 at 7:00 pm
The word “Maundy” comes from the Latin word that means new commandment. Maundy Thursday is the night in which we get together to celebrate communion and we remember the commandment of Jesus when he told us to love one another.
You don’t have to be a member of FBC to take communion. If you’re a Christ-follower who has received God’s gift of salvation through Christ, communion is for you!
Good Friday - April 19 at Noon
On Good Friday we look back and remember the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. But why do we call it “good”? We call it good because of what Jesus did for all of us when he died for our sins.
This 35 minute service will be held at noon on Good Friday, so you can worship during your lunch hour. Join us for this special service as we focus on the cross again.
Easter Sunday - April 21 at 9:00 am & 10:30 am
What wouldn’t we have if Easter had never happened? We wouldn’t have a relationship with God. Without the resurrection, everything that we do in the life of the church and everything that we believe in our faith would be a waste of our time. What wouldn’t we have if Easter never happened? That’s the question we’ll be pondering as we celebrate together on Easter Sunday.
